My Blue America is a vision, an idea, a portal for Democrats running for public office. Our purpose is to provide support, knowledge, contacts and resources to make running for office more accessible to everyone. We are not a political organization and we do not take a stance on political issues.

We seek to empower candidates running for office to be able to manage their campaign without spending exorbitant amounts of money. On this portal, we list political treasurers, consultants and fund raisers who provide their services to Democrats. We also aggregrate and license photos taken by Democratic Campaigns around California.

My Blue America seeks to make connections and provide the resources and skills for candidates to win elections at every level in every region of the country. Currently we are focused in California but expect to expand nationwide as our network grows.

My Blue America’s vision grew from the perceived needs of candidates running for office. Instead of relying solely on a candidate’s localized network we seek to expand such network so that candidates can benefit from a network of professionals and services geared specifically towards their needs.

One of our principal services is providing online campaign support for candidates. Most political candidates fail to understand that a political campaign is essentially a "business" that requires courage, commitment, capital, and constancy of purpose. It also requires a compelling website and strong social media presence. A website and social media presence should be one of the first investments in any serious political campaign. The longer you wait, the greater advantage you give to your opponents.
